If you have an issue that you can’t resolve on your own, you can add a post on our OBDLink® Support Forum or submit a support ticket. Either of these options will give you the quickest response time.
In some cases, our support team may ask you to create a debug log for further investigation. This article describes how to enable debugging and capture debug log information.
